Wilford Seaba

Wilford Eugene Seaba, 87, died October 3, 2019 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, Iowa. He was born November 2, 1931 to Ralph Edward and Cleo Beall Seaba near Sigourney.  He graduated from Sigourney High School in 1949 Wilford served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict.   On January 1, 1952 he married Ruth Harkins in Keswick, Iowa.  The couple lived in San Diego, California until 1955 when they returned to Sigourney where they lived and farmed East of Sigourney all of their lives.  He was a member of the Bethel Methodist Church and Lacey Kerr VFW Post No.2308. Wilford was very proud to be a farmer and live and own a Heritage Farm.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ruth on August 29, 2019, son Bill Seaba, sisters Dorothy Smith and Mary Louise Sieren, one brother Floyd Seaba.

He is survived by two sons Randy (Cindy) Seaba of Waukee, Brent (Stacy) Seaba of Olathe, Kansas, 7 grandchildren Jessica Worrall, Ashley Beck, Marshall Seaba, Jeremy Seaba, Amber Kisner, Cierra Seaba, Trenton Seaba, and 13 great-grandchildren.
