Terry Lynn Clubb, 54 years young, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on June 9, 2022, at his family farm near Hedrick surrounded by his loved ones.
Terry was the youngest of six children, he was born May 26, 1968, to William (Bill) and Patty June (Allgood) Clubb. Terry grew up on the family farm near Hedrick, where he lived most of his life and graduated from Pekin High School in 1986. On August 5, 1989, he married Francine Strasser. During their 33 years of marriage they were blessed with two daughters, Whitney and Cassie.
Terry, also known as “TC” or “Marcell” by his friends, enjoyed hunting, and fishing, and most of all shooting guns form his small arsenal. He loved spending time with his nephew, and partner in crime, Tony Clubb. Playing cards while drinking a beer, or 10, with his nieces and nephews was always a favorite of Terry’s. Terry ran on his own time zone that we affectionately called “Terry Time”, this drove his wife crazy. Terry had the ability and knowledge to fix anything and whatever he didn’t know, he made up. Terry was a jack of all trades, he worked as a farm hand, in construction and later at Vermeer, where he retired in 2012 due to health issues. Though he loved all of these things, his all-time favorite activity was spending time with his wife, children and his most prized possessions, his 5 grandchildren. He loved to teach and to play with them.
Overall, Terry was an amazing individual who made an impact on so many people’s lives. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Francine Clubb, their two daughters Whitney (Colby) Kerkove and their children Easton, Ezrah and Eylah and daughter Cassie Clubb and her children Westynn and Waylonn. He will also be missed by two sisters, Beverly Garringer and Rose Mary (Russ) Tresslar, sister-in-law, Bonnie Clubb, mother-in-law, Rose Coffman, father-in-law, Larry (Joann) Strasser, many step brother-in-laws, aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was greeted when he arrived in heaven by his parents William and Patty June Clubb, brother, Paul Clubb, sister, Carol Schutz, brother-in-law, Dennis Strasser, stepfather-in-law, John (Jack) Coffman and many aunts and uncles.
