Obituary

Ira Allen Blair 51, died January 3, 2023 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, Iowa. He was born April 9, 1971 to Keith and Elaine (Roop) Blair in Ottumwa, Iowa. He graduated Pekin High School and attended MMI Technical School in Orlando Florida, where he studied to be a motorcycle mechanic. Ira worked for J&P Motorcycles in Anamosa for many years. He married Kimberly Griffin in 1992 and they later divorced. He later moved to California to work on motorcycles and he returned to Ollie in 2011 to be closer to his family. He worked at JBS until 2017 and retired due to his health. He enjoyed his family and motorcycles

He was preceded in death by his sister Dawn Burtlow, grandparents Ira and Letha Blair and Loyal and Virginia Roop.

He is survived by his daughter Taylor Blair of Fulton, Illinois, granddaughters TaLeah and Tiahna Garrett and their father Travis Garrett,  his parents Keith and Elaine Blair of Ollie, niece Blair Edwards of Centerville, great niece Savannah Travis and nephew Lucas Blair of Mt. Pleasant.
