David Edwin Prell

David Edwin Prell, 75, died February 20, 2020 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. He was born April 21, 1944 to Frank (Buck) and Claudine (Conner) Prell at Ottumwa, Iowa.  He graduated from Sigourney High School in 1962. On June 11, 1964 he married Lila Fowler in Delta.  Dave worked for Conner Brothers Construction for over 30 years and was the Delta maintenance man for 16 years. Dave had many hobbies: hunting, fishing, woodworking, clock repair, photography, motorcycles and anything electronic. He could repair about anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Lila, two daughters Malisa (Rod) Throckmorton of Albia, Jody (Larry Robertson) Prell of Sigourney. Four grandchildren: Isaac and Maizy Cowman, Marin and Wyatt Throckmorton, one sister Dorris Gerard of Marion, five nieces and son-in-law Scott Cowman.
