Teagon Lee Fowler, 5 month old son of Sara Kaye Fowler and Dustin Roy Bensmiller, died October 13, 2011 at the Serenity House in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He was born May 14, 2011 at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
He is survived by his parents, two brothers Payton Hammes and Hayden Bensmiller, grandparents Susie Fowler of Sigourney, Mike and Carol Bensmiller of Sigourney, great-grandparents Don and Thelma Hervey of Hedrick, Jerry and Betty Shilling of What Cheer, uncle Cody Fowler of Sigourney and aunts Kacey Paynik and Tonya Bensmiller of Sigourney.

Funeral Service: Monday 10:00A.M. Lancaster Christian Church
Burial: Brooks Cemetery Hedrick, Iowa
Visitation: Sunday 5:00-8:00 P.M. Holm Funeral Home
