Stanley Finch

Stanley Finch, 86,  died September 13, 2023,  at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, Iowa. He was born March 20, 1937 in North English to Glenn and Dorothy (Bailey) Finch. He graduated from Sigourney High School and worked for his Dad at the family gas station. On November 4, 1956 he married Mary Flanegan at the Lancaster Christian Church.  Stan worked at Century Motors, later at Benner Tea Company as a meat cutter. He later owned and operated several truck, farmed and had jersey milk cows.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Darlene Funk and Marsha Jackson.

He is survived by his wife Mary, children Julie (Tom) Lucas of Sigourney, Doug  (Ruth) Finch of Centerville, David (Breha)  Finch of Sigourney, Sally (Jeff) Farrier of Agency,  Ken  (Tammy) Finch of New Sharon, Brian (Michelle) Finch of Oskaloosa, 19 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, sister Sandra Gilmore of Sigourney and brother Steve Finch of Kansas.
