Keaton James Garrels, the 3 month old son of Tabitha Garrels, died Wednesday, July14, 2010, at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center. He was born April 7, 2010 in Ottumwa.
He is survived by his mother Tabitha Jessie Marie Garrels of Farson, his grandparents Ron and Suzanne Garrels of Farson, great-grandparents Tom and Jan Hinrichsen of Sigourney, and Beverly Howe.
Visitation is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Holm Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the family.
