Julie Nimtz

Julie Kay Nimtz, 72, died June 5, 2015 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, Iowa. She was born June 25, 1942 to Warren William and Nancy Ann Hamilton Stull in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She graduated from Sigourney High School. On October 14, 1962 she married Maurice "Mort" Nimtz at the Methodist Church in Sigourney. They owned and operated Nimtz Tasty Foods for 17 years. She later worked as a library aid at Sigourney Elementary for 12 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Katharine Stull.
She is survived by her husband Mort, two sons Doug (Pam) Nimtz of Oskaloosa, Brian (Patty) Nimtz of Oskaloosa, five grandchildren Taylor and (Katie) Nimtz, Anthony Nimtz, Cassie Nimtz, Adam Nimtz, and Ashley Nimtz.

Burial: Pleasant Grove Cemetery - Sigourney
