Jeff Miller

Jeffrey Brian Miller, 60, passed away on August 23, 2026, at his home in South English.

Jeff was born October 1, 1965, in Sigourney, Iowa, to Lonnie and Lois (Baker) Miller. He graduated from English Valleys High School in 1984. Following high school, Jeff attended Indian Hills Community College, where he earned a degree in Diesel Mechanics.

On August 22, 1992, Jeff married Julie Weber at the English River Church of the Brethren near South English. Throughout his career, Jeff worked at Land O’Lakes, CPS, and Farm Service before going on to own and operate South English Ag Service.

Farming was a lifelong dream for Jeff, and he was proud to farm Miller Farms alongside his sons, Dylan and Colton. Working together and sharing the farm with his boys meant a great deal to him. Jeff especially looked forward to spending time with his granddaughter, Jovie, who brought him much joy. He also enjoyed hunting and treasured the time spent with his brothers, Rick and Rodney.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents; and his brother, Ricky Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Miller of South English; his sons, Dylan Miller of North English and Colton (Lane) Miller of Williamsburg; his granddaughter, Jovie Miller; his brother, Rodney (Joni) Miller of Webster; his mother- and father-in-law, Larry and Shirley Weber of Keota; and his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Family.
