Hildreth Fritchen

Hildreth Helen Fritchen, 93, died April 18, 2013 at the Manor House Care Center in Sigourney. She was born January 12, 1920 to Earl and Carrie Stull Hartzell near Ollie, Iowa. She graduated from Ollie High School. On September 6, 1938 she married Clifford Howard Fritchen in Sigourney. They were life-long residents of Keokuk County residing at their farm southeast of Sigourney until she moved to town 6 years ago. She was a member of the Ollie Eastern Star an active member of the Ollie Methodist Church and later Lancaster Christian Church. They enjoyed traveling in their motor home and had spent 40 years wintering in the south. She loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Clifford on July 19, 2004.
She is survived by her daughters Katherine (Wilmer) Steinhart of Urbandale, Karen (Ed) Horras of Ollie, five grandchildren Dee (Scott) Parkhill, Eric (Julie) Steinhart, Todd (Dana) Steinhart, Nikki (Warren) Betz, Adam (Sherry) Lutz and 11 great-grandchildren.
