Gail Hauschild

Gail Gwendolyn Hauschild, 96, died July 3, 2017 at the Hallmark Care Center in Mt. Vernon. She was born February 19, 1921 to Edward and Lillian Jacobs Hagge in Tama. She graduated from Toledo High School in 1938. On November 2, 1940 she married Gordon Otto Hauschild in Des Moines. She was a cook for Sigourney Community School for 15 years retiring in 1989. She had lived in the Cedar Rapids for the last 10 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, WMW, Sigourney Womens club, and card clubs.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gordon on March 16, 1979, two grandchildren, and a brother Gordon Hagge.

She is survived by three children Gary Hauschild of Hiawatha, Graig Hauschild of Lisbon, Gwen Fox of San Jose, California, seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
