Doug Fry

Richard Douglas Fry, 60, died August 6, 2017 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, Iowa. He was born October 26, 1956 in Cedar Rapids to Richard Dean and Betty Flanegin Fry. He graduated from Marion High School. Doug worked at Bob Zimmerman Ford in Cedar Rapids and Whitey Meat Locker in Marion. He moved to Sigourney in 1991 and worked at Louis Rich in Sigourney. Doug worked at Excel, Cargill, and JBS in Ottumwa since 1992.

He was preceded in death by his brother Steve Fry

He is survived by his children Halisha (Matt) Hackert of Sigourney, Aaron Fry of Williamsburg, Adam Fry of Cedar Rapids, Tabitha (Mike) Madill of Florida, step daughter Christa Gerth, mother Betty Fry of Hayesville, brother Tim Fry of Hiawatha, and 8 grandchildren.

Visitation Wednesday 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. at Holm Funeral Home, Sigourney.
