Demaris Keep

Demaris Jean Keep, 88, died May 11, 2019 at the Ridgewood Specialty Care in Ottumwa.  She was born November 15, 1930 to Edgar and Margaret (McClun) Hasty in Oskaloosa.  She graduated from Oskaloosa High School.  On September 27, 1952 she married Gene Worth Keep in Oskaloosa, Iowa.  Demaris managed a senior citizens housing in Clinton, Iowa and KOA campground and senior living in Columbia, Missouri. They returned to rural Delta in 2000. She enjoyed embroidering.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Joyce Bambrooke.
She is survived by husband Gene of Delta, children Steve (Robin) Keep of Solon and Tammy (Doug) Klett of Delta, 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
