Deborah Roberts

Deborah June Roberts, 57, died July 17, 2020 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. She was born May 7, 1963 to Fred and Helen Peach Tobeck in Chicago Heights, Illinois. She attended school in Crete, Illinois. She was married Cecil Ray Burtlow Jr. he died August 23, 1994, she later married Chris Roberts in 2017. Deborah was a CNA at the Manor House in Sigourney for many years and worked at APAC in Ottumwa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Cecil, two brothers Donald and John Tobeck, two sisters Bonnie Tobeck and Sharon Burtlow.
She is survived her husband Chris Roberts of Keota, three daughters Helen (Ray) Bunnel of Keota, Crystal (Jason) Jones of Keota, Barbara Stone of Des Moines, one son Cecil Burtlow, ten grandchildren and one brother Ronald Tobeck of Georgia.
