Daryl Beckley

Daryl Eugene Beckley, 81, died December 27, 2016 at his home in Sigourney, Iowa. He was born April 11, 1935 to Orval Hunt and Marvel Neith Glanz Beckley in South English. He attended country school. Daryl began trucking for Kenny Clarahan and worked for W.C. Gretter and Sons from 1958 to 2002. After retiring in 2002 he worked in the fall for 3 years during harvest. He lived in Harper, South English, Delta, and Sigourney. In Daryl's younger years he loved to fish and hunt. He loved to visit with friends and play cards.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Orval Dean and Charles Richard (Dick) Beckley.

He is survived by his sister Betty (Larry) Balsley of Plainfield, Iowa, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2016, at the Holm Funeral Home, Sigourney, Iowa
