Cathreen Coffman

Cathreen Coffman, 97, died February 17, 2020 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, Iowa. She was born January 27, 1923 to Forrest and Pearl Keller Grimm near Millersburg, Iowa. She attended school in Iowa County. On January 2, 1940 she married Harold Coffman at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. They made their home in South English area and Cathreen moved to Sigourney in 1993 after Harold’s death.  She was employed at the South English Grocery Store, The Maid-Rite and the Townhouse in Sigourney.  She was a member of the Union Church in South English, True Blue Club and the 20th Century Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harold in 1993, three sisters Eva Worrall, Helen Bair and Orpha Clubb, three brothers Melvin Grimm, LaVern Grimm and Kenneth Grimm.

She is survived by her children Karen (Bill) Wadsworth of Anamosa, Richard (Barb) Coffman of Sigourney, Cheryl (Don) Koch of Indianola, Robert (Darlas) Coffman of Ottumwa, 12 grandchildren 30 great- grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
