Brian Bird, 15 of Sigourney, died March 31, 2011, following a moped accident. He was born March 5, 1996 in Ottumwa, Iowa to Larry and Marie Roudabush Bird Jr. He was a freshman at Sigourney High School. Brian was active in football, basketball, track, baseball, FFA, and band
Survivng are his father Larry Bird Jr. and fiancé Donna Pyle, Sigourney, mother Marie (David) Etten, Williamsburg, sister Allyson Bird, Sigourney, grandparents Larry and Mary Bird, Hayesville, Patricia and Mark Glandon, Sigourney, great-grandmother Hazel Bird, Hayesville, aunts and uncles Angel and Johnny Dale of Sigourney, Shawn and Melissa Bird of Hayesville, Christine and Clint Calkins.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Harold Bird, great-grandmother Kitty Marshall..
