Bill Seaba

William Eugene “Bill” Seaba, 62, died October 11, 2018 at the University Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. He was born January 7, 1956 to Wilford Eugene and Ruth Elaine Harkins Seaba in Sigourney. He graduated from Sigourney High School in 1974 and attended the University of Iowa and Kirkwood Community College. He married Laura Malone and they later divorced. Bill was employed by Radio Shack in Cedar Rapids, Ottumwa and Muscatine. He lived in Davenport the last several years. Bill enjoyed his family, friends, talking politics and he loved coaching softball.

He is survived by his children Amber Seaba of Davenport, Jeremy Seaba of Davenport, parents Wilford and Ruth Seaba of Sigourney, three grandchildren Tyler Seaba, Keegan Elliott, and Zoey Seaba, two brothers Randy (Cindy) Seaba of Waukee, Brent (Stacy )Seaba  of Olathe Kansas and fiance Tammy Davis of Davenport.
