Martin Jeffrey Holm - Jeff is the owner and licensed funeral director of the Holm Funeral Home. He purchased the Holm Funeral Home in 1998 from his father Larry Holm. Jeff was born in Fort Madison Iowa in 1958 and moved with his family to Sigourney in 1959 where his parents started the Holm Funeral Home. He graduated from Sigourney High School in 1977, the University of Iowa in 1981, and the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1982. He served his internship at the Murdoch Funeral Home in Marion and returned to Sigourney in 1983 to work for his parents. His mother died in 1984. Jeff is a member of the Iowa Funeral Director Association, the Sigourney Lions Club, the Knights of Columbus in Harper, the Keokuk County Historical Society, Lancaster Heritage, St Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney, serves on the Historic Preservation Commission, the Keokuk County Review Board, and the Care Review Board of the Sigourney Care Center. He enjoys being active with community projects and following his two daughters activities.

Shirley Ann Holm- Shirley is the secretary/ receptionist/ hostess at the Holm Funeral Home. She was born in Manchester, Iowa. She graduated from Regis High School in Cedar Rapids in 1978, and attended Kirkwood Community College. She moved to Sigourney after her marriage to Jeff in 1984. Shirley has spent the last several years caring for her and Jeff's two daughters Meredith and Carolyn. Shirley has been involved at the Holm Funeral Home for many years helping with visitation and funerals. She has served on the Main Street Board; she is a member of St Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney, the Altar and Rosary Society, Sigourney Pride, Keokuk County Historical Society, Sigourney Garden Club. She enjoys volunteering with community projects and cheering for her daughters and the Sigourney Savages.
